Issue We Solved

We were hired to find a solution for the main entry beams, where the stain had failed on this multi million dollar conference complex  We needed to find a solution for how to remove the previous stains and apply an environmentally friendly stain as well as specialized fire-proof stain which would meet all building codes.

Solution

We had to try multiple ways to make sure the finish could be removed safely and efficiently. After that we worked on samples to make sure the fireproofing and stain were compatible and  the final colour match would meet all the specs. We also used specialized elevated platforms and were only able to work on days when meetings and events in the conference centre weren’t being held (schedule conflicts).
